How Are Talk Sessions different from A Tarot session?
Talk Sessions are based on traditional talk therapy. These sessions offer the opportunity for you to isolate your most pressing issues, uncover your true thoughts and feelings on those matters, and make decisions about how you wish to proceed.
Talk Sessions allow you to explore who you are in an atmosphere of non-judgment, confidentiality, and unconditional support. Together we will explore what your goals for change, healing, and personal development are and discuss a variety of modalities that might serve you.
I am happy to assist you in seeking professional therapists, medical doctors, and modalities you think might serve you best. I know the system can be forbidding, especially for those in need of care and I am here to walk part of that journey with you.
It is my job to act as your witness and confidante as you gather your own balance, strength, and conclusions. My tool bag is deep, and I am always learning about the latest findings in mental health. Together we will create a holistic approach that is specific for you as a unique individual deserving of a fulfilling life.
